Return & Exchange

Kover.pk implements stringent policies and procedures to ensure that customers receive exactly what they see and order on the website. If buyers do not receive the ordered item, they can contact us at koverdotpk@gmail.com to return or refund the order under the terms and conditions.

We manufacture our own home textiles and guarantee that you will receive the correct item. If there is a human error in the products, Kover.pk will assist you with all of our services.

We are here to help our customers with any problems they may have within 30 days of purchasing.

Video of Order Opening

Must create an order opening video and ensure that the product is delivered in perfect working order.

Send that video to the Kover.pk team, otherwise your complaint will be rejected.

Within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed product with original tags and packaging for a refund or exchange.

Please include a copy of the invoice and a note explaining why the items are being returned.

Electric and electronic goods: Non-branded electric and electronic products have only a warranty check. So, as mentioned above, please record your order opening video.

Refund:

6-7 working days after receiving the returned parcel.

 

Bank Deposit: The bank account details provided must be correct, and the account must be active and have some balance. When transferring funds, deduct the bank fees. 7 working days after receiving the returned parcel.
